Job Title: Operating Theatre Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Theatre Support Associate to join our team at Spire Fylde Coast Hospital in Blackpool. This is a full-time opportunity that involves supporting the healthcare team with cleaning and upkeep, preparing instruments, and providing care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with cleaning and maintaining the operating theatre environment to ensure a safe and efficient working space.
  • Preparing and setting up instruments and equipment for procedures, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Providing patient care and support, including assisting with daily routines and promoting a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an HCA in a clinical environment, hold NVQ Level 3 and Health and Social Care qualifications, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
