**Job Role:**

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our school community. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism and special educational needs, and contributing to their overall wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  2. Working closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans.
  3. Encouraging positive social interactions and promoting confidence in students.
  4. Maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements:**

  1. A genuine passion for working with children with autism and special educational needs.
  2. Experience of supporting students with autism and special educational needs.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  4. The willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
