We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to lead our children's home in Redmile, Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant position, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. They will also hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience, as well as a bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500. Our benefits package includes 33 days' annual leave, a healthcare cashback plan, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
