We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Residential Care Manager to join our team at one of our locations in Worksop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services and ensuring that our young people receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the day-to-day operation of our residential care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to a high standard
  • To lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • To work closely with other members of the management team to develop and implement care plans for our young people
  • To ensure that our care home is safe and welcoming environment for all residents
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent)
  • Experience of supervising staff in a care role
  • Evidence of excellent organisational skills
  • Experience of managing staff rotas
  • A full, UK driving licence
  • Applicants must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
