Tide Partnership is a leading health and social care provider seeking to expand its operations team by hiring an experienced Residential Care Manager.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Registered Manager to join our team. As the Residential Care Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the home achieves critical targets, with a focus on maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the care team to safeguard young people at all times.
  • Taking full operational responsibility for the management of the children's home, including oversight of all records and personal files.
  • Leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of individual care plans, working closely with external professionals, agencies, and families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ofsted and CQC regulations, as well as experience in complex care and learning disabilities (LD) settings. A Level 3 in Residential Childcare qualification is also required.
