Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to all staff within the Centre for Cardiovascular Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and appropriate action, advice, and guidance on HR/staffing transactions and procedures.
  • Provide specialist technical and troubleshooting advice and support to users on the People & Money system (Oracle).
  • Work to a high degree of independence, using comprehensive knowledge to deliver results.

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND or CIPD qualification, or experience relevant to the role.
  • Good understanding of HR policy and practice.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Experience of delivering to deadlines using strong organisational skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail and skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sharepoint.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) available until 31 July 2025. We are open to considering flexible working patterns and hybrid working arrangements.
