Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Recruiter to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities across our cluster of hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online job vacancies, including posting positions and creating job offers.
- Liaise with hiring managers and HR leaders/coordinators across hotels to ensure an effective recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others to reach common goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
