Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities across our cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage online job vacancies, including posting positions and creating job offers
  • Liaise with hiring managers and HR leaders/coordinators across hotels to ensure an effective recruitment process
  • Tailor services to meet the specific needs of each hotel unit
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
  • Support team to reach common goals
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
