Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities across our cluster of hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online job vacancies, including posting positions and creating job offers
- Liaise with hiring managers and HR leaders/coordinators across hotels to ensure an effective recruitment process
- Tailor services to meet the specific needs of each hotel unit
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
- Support team to reach common goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
