Job Title: HR Assistant

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team at BCT Resourcing. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and payroll elements of our charity. You will also provide advice and guidance to managers on policies, procedures, and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares and amends HR documents, such as employment contracts
Keeps policies and procedures up to date
Monitors holidays, absence, and lieu time
Arranges board meetings

Requirements:

Good communication skills
General HR duties
Strong Excel and IT skills
Good team player and communicator
