Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Help Desk professional to join our team at Reed Technology. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and technical support for end-users across various platforms. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve IT-related queries and issues via phone, email, or in-person
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions using our ticketing system

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar Help Desk or IT Support role
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
