This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice to join the Field team and to undertake a Level 3 Support Technician Apprenticeship.
Aspire Technology Solutionsare looking for an enthusiastic apprentice with an appetite for IT and a positive attitude to be based at their new offices at Pipewell Quay on Gatesheads Quayside. Theyre looking for someone who is looking to begin their career in IT, who is comfortable talking to people, confident, friendly and has a great attitude to work. Baltic Apprenticeships have teamed up with Aspire Technology Solutions to offer a free, exclusive IT Bootcamp In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Information Communications Technician qualificationdelivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Provide 1st line support for the Service Desk
Work on support tickets and provide project support to senior engineers
Phone, Email and The Portal
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Grade 4/C in Maths and a grade 5/C in English at GCSE is required for this programme.
A keen interest in learning new IT technologies
A logical approach to troubleshooting hardware and software issues
