We’ll invest in you, our expert team will be on hand to support you through growing your technical and personal skills, all while working towards a **Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Qualification. **Exciting right?
**What will I be doing?**
You’ll work and learn from peers, principally within the Service Desk team with secondments to Infrastructure and Application teams to improve knowledge of Technology business areas. Also, you’ll gain valuable on-the-job experience in a dynamic team as you solidify your learning by working towards a Level 3 IT Solutions Technician qualification.
Using your learned technical knowledge you’ll give advice, troubleshoot and guidance as well as ensuring all information is captured and incidents triaged. Speaking of incidents, you’ll ensure that all records are tip top, including our incident management system, software & hardware asset registers, licences and supplier lists.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- 5 GCSE’s at Grade 4 (C) or above including Maths and English
- Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills
- Well organised and excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and network with people, providing clear information and building effective working relationships
- High standard of accuracy
- A passion for IT and Technology
**It would be a bonus if you had**
- Experience or knowledge of social housing
- Experience of speaking to customers in a customer service environment
- A Level in ICT/Computing or related equivalent qualification
