Job Overview

This is a critical role within National Gas, contributing to the company's net zero ambitions. As Land Rights Strategic Lead, you will develop and implement strategies for securing land access and associated rights for construction projects.

Your primary focus will be on managing the process to secure land access and associated rights for construction projects, working closely with various team disciplines such as engineering, consents, planning, legal, environmental, and stakeholder management.

You will provide excellent technical guidance and support, reporting directly to the Project Director and Senior Management team.

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000, reflecting your skills and experience in executing land rights and land acquisition activities in support of DCO/TCP(S)A/Permitted Devt for major and complex multi-site projects.
