About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of System Engineer - Customer Experience Delivery to lead and enhance our efforts in delivering modern luxury customer experience solutions. This role focuses on modelling customer experiences, gathering and refining requirements, managing diverse stakeholders, and benchmarking industry standards to ensure the delivery of innovative and efficient systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Model and analyse complex customer journeys and experiences to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system architectures that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to gather insights and inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
