Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Humber Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads and achieve sales targets by building relationships with clients and partners in the Belgium, German, and Dutch markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and expertise.
- Determine price structures and tariffs for clients, including quoting and follow-up calls.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to maximize brand visibility and reach.
- Maintain accurate client records and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, attending relevant trade seminars, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Travel within the UK and abroad as necessary to meet with clients and partners.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
