As a key member of our Early Intervention Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and treatment to individuals with First Episode Psychosis.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized care plans for a defined caseload of patients, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Act as a Care Coordinator, implementing and adhering to Trust policies on Integrated CPA and Risk Assessment.
- Promote the needs of carers, complete carer's assessments, and support local Carer/User Groups.
- Administer medication, adhering to nursing responsibilities under the Medicines Act (1971) and local care of Drugs policy.
- Participate in the Team Duty Worker rota and adhere to Trust requirements.
- Ensure compliance with approved Trust clinical nursing policies/procedures and the Trust's supervision policy.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a registered Mental Health Nurse, OT, or Social Worker with relevant experience working with clients with psychosis in Adult and/or CAMHs services. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care.
