Key Responsibilities:

  • Support adults with complex needs to live independently and make informed choices.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Provide emotional support, guidance, and encouragement to individuals and their families.
  • Develop strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A Level Three qualification in Social Care or extensive experience in mental health, autism, and challenging behaviors.
  • A strong sense of humor and ability to reinforce positive behavior support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
