Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematics teacher to join our team at Bloxham School Ltd. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced maths educator to contribute to the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To teach Mathematics and Computer Science to students aged 11-18, utilizing innovative teaching methods to foster engagement and understanding.
  • To form effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • To lead and manage operational issues, exercising strategic vision and influencing the development of the department.
  • To enhance lesson delivery and student learning through the effective use of IT resources.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related subject.
  • Proven experience of teaching Mathematics and Computer Science, with a track record of excellent student outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to model best practice in teaching and learning.
Benefits and Remuneration:
  • An estimated salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
