About the Role

Bloxham School Ltd is seeking a senior Maths teacher to play a key role in delivering high-quality Mathematics education to our students. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maths educator to contribute to the academic success of our students.

Responsibilities:
  • To deliver Mathematics and Computer Science lessons to students aged 11-18, incorporating engaging teaching methods and technology-enhanced learning experiences.
  • To build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • To take a leading role in managing operational issues, driving forward strategic initiatives and contributing to the development of the department.
  • To continuously develop and improve teaching practices, leveraging IT resources to enhance student learning.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relevant subject.
  • Significant experience of teaching Mathematics and Computer Science, with a proven track record of excellent student progress.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students, staff, and stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated annual salary of £38,750, which will be dependent on experience.
  • A permanent appointment with potential for career advancement within the department.
