Job Description:
We are seeking a teaching assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Banbury. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children in KS2 with their numeracy and literacy skills, as well as assisting with SATS preparation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring teacher to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment. You will be working alongside an established senior leadership team and have the chance to contribute to the delivery of excellent educational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting children in KS2 with numeracy and literacy
- Assisting with SATS preparation
- Working with the senior leadership team to deliver excellent educational outcomes
Requirements:
To be considered for this teaching assistant position, you should have graduated to a degree level and have some experience working with children previously. This may include previous work as a teaching assistant, tutoring, youth work, or special needs experience.
A strong educational background and a true passion for working with young children are essential for success in this role. The estimated salary for this position is £17,560 - £19,760 per annum (£83-£90 per day).
