About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Lead to join our team, providing specialist wellbeing support and advice to individuals and teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a national post, contributing to the development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives across NHS Scotland.

The successful candidate will have experience in a wellbeing role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Salary: £58,540 per annum (Band 7 Post, 0.6 WTE).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver wellbeing initiatives to support staff mental health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address wellbeing needs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on wellbeing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a wellbeing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
