We are looking for a Post-Secondary Program Lead to join our academic team at Kingston College. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum standards, ensuring quality assurance processes are in place, and driving innovation in teaching and learning strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or professional qualification, excellent teaching skills, and current knowledge of impending curriculum changes. They will be responsible for managing FE & HE programmes, monitoring at-risk learners, and contributing to the development of the curriculum area.
