About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team at Talent. As a key member of our resourcing function, you will be responsible for providing expert onboarding services to hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate/manager journey.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a proactive, tailored onboarding service that meets the needs of hiring managers and candidates;
  • Communicating effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the onboarding process;
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues early on and collaborating with Recruitment Managers to develop solutions;
  • Ensuring timely completion of onboarding checks and securing required Security Clearances;
  • Maintaining accurate records of onboarding progress and outcomes;
  • Collaborating with other functions to ensure consistent and high-quality onboarding experiences;
  • Providing administrative support to maintain service delivery standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of building strong relationships across functional and organisational boundaries;
  • Ability to organise workload, prioritise tasks, and manage rapidly changing demands and priorities;
  • Proactivity, focus on delivery, and ability to respond quickly and decisively to changing circumstances and tight deadlines;
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
