- Understand Customer Needs: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, ensuring that our products meet their needs and are the preferred choice.
- Work with Supply Chain Partners: Collaborate with supply chain partners and their design teams to generate leads and specifications for our product portfolio.
- Track and Record Outcomes: Work with our UK Commercial Team to track and record the outcomes of specified projects, ensuring that we are meeting our sales targets.
- Use Salesforce CRM: Utilize our Salesforce CRM system to record all specification activity, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information on our sales performance.
- Prepare Specification Documentation: Prepare and issue specification documentation to specifiers for projects where our products are specified.
- Report on Events: Report on the effectiveness of specification-related events attended, ensuring that we are maximizing our sales opportunities.
- Strong Specification Sales Experience: We require someone with strong specification sales experience, who is proactive and self-driven, with excellent communication skills.
- Manufacturing/Construction Sector Experience: Experience within the manufacturing/construction sector is desirable, as is knowledge of suspended ceilings, NBS Chorus, and BIM Objects.
- Presenting CPD Seminars: The ability to present CPD seminars to architects' practices is also desirable, as is knowledge of Salesforce CRM systems.
