As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely consolidated management accounts, assisting the Finance Manager with budget variances, and maintaining the nominal ledger coding structure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce accurate and timely consolidated management accounts to agreed deadlines.
* Assist the Finance Manager with the investigations of budget variances.
* Complete balance sheet control accounts reconciliations including bank reconciliation, accruals, and prepayments.
* Maintain the nominal ledger coding structure and ensure that all transactions are correctly coded.
* Advise budget holders on routine accounting matters as required.
* Assist the Finance Director and Finance Manager with the production of the consolidated year end accounts.
* Assist the Finance Director and Finance Manager with cashflow forecasting and monitoring.

Requirements:

* A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

* Salary: £40,000 to £44,000 per annum.
