Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer contracts and agreements.
  • Track project milestones and timelines, ensuring schedules are communicated effectively.
Customer Service
  • Serve as a point of contact for cinema clients, addressing inquiries and providing order updates.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of equipment-related concerns.
  • Provide post-delivery support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Coordination
  • Manage and update CRM systems with detailed project and sales data.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns or promotions specific to cinema installations or technology upgrades.
Administration
  • Maintain detailed project files, including contracts, timelines, and financial records.
  • Monitor stock levels for cinema-related equipment, ensuring accurate information for project planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, particularly in project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales administration or project support role, ideally within the cinema or entertainment industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and client interaction.
