About Us:

Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation is committed to using the power of football to make a positive impact in our community. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Football Participation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective participation strategies across the Sussex region.
  • To work closely with local communities, schools, and partner organizations to increase football participation among underrepresented groups.
  • To coordinate and deliver football programs, including coaching, training, and competition events.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual with experience in football development and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What We Offer:

Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
