Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to individuals and groups, focusing on soccer skills development. You will work closely with our community programs team to ensure that all coaching sessions meet our high standards and contribute to the overall success of our mission to improve the health, wellbeing, and life chances of people in our community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective coaching sessions to individuals and groups
• Develop and implement coaching plans to meet the needs of participants
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to participants
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of community programs

Requirements

• Experience in soccer coaching or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with diverse communities and populations
