About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our football participation programs, working closely with the foundation management team to drive the success of these initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup, development, and coordination of these programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase participation in football programs
  • Collaborate with the BHAFC boys' and girls' academies to establish clear player pathways
  • Manage the Premier League-funded programs for girls and disability football
  • Foster a high-performing and supportive environment for Development Officers and a Football Coordinator

Requirements

  • UEFA B Licence
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the football industry, particularly in player pathways
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
