Job Description:

The Marketing Executive will support our marketing operations, focusing on ticketing, hospitality, and other matchday activities mainly for our women's first team. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing fan-focused programs, events, and initiatives designed to resonate with supporters of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Marketing Events Executive to achieve business objectives.
  • Attend all home fixtures for the women's first team, which may require flexibility and dedication outside of standard working hours.

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for football (especially women's football).
  • Understanding that football is not a 9-5 business.

Estimated Salary: £29,300 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions in Brighton.
