Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in a key sales role. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and contributing to the success of our Communications department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through effective training, coaching, and support of the Communication Team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and maintain the agreed communications department merchandising standards to ensure visual appeal and cohesion across the store.
  • Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, prioritizing safety and incident reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities and electronic POS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a consolidated sales team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
