We are a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation, overseeing over 200 developments nationally and providing property services to over 10,000 retired people.

Our goal is to provide a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our owners, and we are seeking a Relief Lodge Manager to join our team. This role will involve covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an 'as and when' basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance.

The successful candidate will have a compassionate and outgoing personality, with experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to owners, and liaising with a range of departments and external contacts.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 per annum, based on working hours of approximately 24 hours per week. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, subsistence allowance, annual holiday entitlement, and life assurance.
