As a Property Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints, providing exceptional customer service in a diligent and professional manner.

Job Description Summary
This position requires an experienced Property Legal Administrator with knowledge of conveyancing, buying, and selling. The ideal candidate should be keen to transfer their skills to the retirement property market and other aspects of property, such as land registry and sub-letting, while enhancing their administration skills. You will report directly to the Legal Administration Supervisor and join a motivated team to deliver top-notch administration services.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with all aspects of administration related to property sales, transfers, and rentals.
  • Liaising with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners, and their families, as well as Land Registry officials.
  • Ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Property Legal Administrator with the following skills and qualifications:
  • Knowledge of conveyancing, buying, and selling.
  • Experience in the legalities of property transfer and administration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including solicitors, internal teams, homeowners, and their families, as well as Land Registry officials.
