Administration Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Team Lead to join Churchill Estates Management Ltd in Ringwood, BH24 3FA.
About the role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and custodial services to support the effective functioning of the team.
- Supervise and mentor junior administration staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal teams.
- To manage the workflow and priorities of the team, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- To develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including solicitors, barristers and clients.
- To ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the legal sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- High level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and precision in all work.
Benefits:
