Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, meeting agreed time limits
  • Assist customers in identifying available stock and resolving any issues
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure seamless delivery processes
  • Maintain our customer database, ensuring up-to-date information
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets
  • Resolve supplier queries and complete supplier administration tasks
  • Assist with month-end tasks and ensure accurate reporting
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills, with a proficient level of literacy and numeracy
  • Experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of sales processes
  • Confident with IT systems, including Excel, and able to learn new software quickly
  • High levels of attention to detail and excellent timekeeping skills
