Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our London office and lead our UK HR function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full HR function, including supporting payroll, recruitment, employee training, and company initiatives to drive our growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a HR generalist role, ideally with multi-site exposure, and be able to work closely with internal stakeholders and regional office management to improve structure and culture. They should also have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and be approachable and compassionate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full HR function for the UK group of offices
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and leadership programmes
  • Oversee international employee transfers, supporting with visas and relocation
  • Research and implement new initiatives and processes

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
