Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Proactive Workplace Coordinator to join our team.

As a Proactive Workplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our staff and clients, ensuring that our offices are clean, safe, and secure, and managing our facilities services providers.

You will also assist with tender processes, manage budgets, and contribute to the development of new initiatives to improve our workplaces.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum is offered for this role, plus private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, generous holiday package, option to purchase additional holiday, and shared parental leave.
