Responsibilities:

  • Support the People team in fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our values
  • Manage absence and time tracking, ensuring accurate records and reports
  • Provide administrative assistance with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
  • Assist with payroll activities, ensuring accurate employee information for timely processing
  • Support employees throughout their lifecycle, including scheduling inductions, probation reviews, and maintaining accurate records on the HRIS

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software/database management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
