Urban Gym Group, an industry pioneer in the European wellness and fitness community, is seeking a Workplace Culture Specialist to lead its HR team in London.

This role is crucial in realizing the company's growth objectives and requires a strong background in Learning & Development. The Workplace Culture Specialist will lead a small team of HR professionals, ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations, ensuring operational excellence across all functions while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to address HR needs and improve team performance.
  • Develop and implement L&D programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a must.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, with a strong focus on Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience in the fitness or related service industries is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation:

  • A competitive salary of $78,000 per annum, including 8% holiday pay based on annual salary.
  • 26 holidays based on full-time employment.
