Workplace Culture Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the People team in various aspects, including:
1. Employee Engagement
* Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
* Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
2. Talent Acquisition and Management
* Coordinate and oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
* Assist with managing employee expense claims and tracking
3. Onboarding and Offboarding
* Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing contracts, coordinating induction schedules, and conducting exit interviews
* Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding strategies
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain accurate records on the HRIS
5. Meeting and Communication Support
* Take accurate and confidential notes during meetings as required
* Ensure follow-ups and documentation are well-maintained
Compensation Package

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
