">The North East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Clinical Lead to join its Community Nursing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of community nurses, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.
About the Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious nurse to take on a leadership role in our community nursing team. As a Senior Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients, assessing their needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage a team of community nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care is provided to patients.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in community nursing, excellent leadership and management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
">We offer a competitive salary of £62,107 per annum (Band 7), which includes a High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% (£9,316) and a relocation package. We also offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and access to a range of training and development opportunities.
