Job Title: Clinical Community Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Community Nurse to join our team at Langthorne Health Care Centre in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in community nursing and be able to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver care to patients in their own homes or in the community.
  • The role will involve providing holistic care, including bandaging, catheterisation, palliative care, syringe driver care, diabetes management, wound care, compression bandaging, suture/staple removal, management of constipation, and administration of medication.

Requirements:

  • RGN qualified/NMC registered with valid PIN
  • Recent UK nursing experience
  • Community nursing experience

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
