Clinical Nursing Associate Role in Community Healthcare

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nursing Associate to join our team of healthcare professionals at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- You will work closely with our experienced nursing teams to provide skilled nursing care to patients, including administering medications, end-of-life care, wound dressings, and bladder and bowel care.
- As an autonomous member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote health and well-being.
- You will work in partnership with primary and social care services, allied health professionals, and specialist nurses to provide comprehensive community-based care.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of £32,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on experience.
