Clinical Community Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Community Nurse to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a dynamic team of community nurses and provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult nursing, with experience in mentoring and assessing pre- and post-registration nurses in a community setting. They will also possess excellent clinical leadership skills, including the ability to conduct courageous conversations and support staff with performance-related issues.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in community nursing at Band 6, as well as a valid full UK driving licence. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexibly across service areas to enhance quality of service provision and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of patients and staff.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £33,338 to £47,084 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working options, a generous pension scheme, and opportunities for career development and progression.
