Job Title: Account Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at HVAC Recruitment Limited. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that client needs are met and that sales targets are achieved.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to provide solutions to address any potential issues and to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record: A proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business development and account management principles.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and a ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic thinking: The ability to think strategically and develop plans to drive sales growth and improve client relationships.
