Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at HVAC Recruitment Limited. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to retain and grow existing client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts
  • Work closely with the Operations team to provide solutions to address client issues and concerns
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and oversee the Bid Management team to produce high-quality proposals
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth
