We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through targeted sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Conduct daily sales calls to qualify prospects and book initial meetings.
- Client Engagement: Send relevant company information to clients and follow up on marketing emails to 'warm up' leads.
- Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads and ensure it is cleansed of any incorrect information.
- Market Research: Conduct research on upcoming events and establish contact with potential clients to win business.
- Quoting and Follow-up: Quote clients and follow up on quotes to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Experience: Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum.
- Bonus: Bonus based on KPI performance.
