Job Summary

Penny Brohn UK is recruiting a Training and Quality Manager to lead quality processes and train staff in the care sector.

The successful candidate will have experience in quality management and training, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead quality processes for the partnership between GenesisCare and Penny Brohn UK
  • Train staff on quality procedures
  • Manage and support existing team members
  • Deputise for the Head of Services

The salary range is £37,000-£39,000 per annum, pro-rata, and the benefits include 30 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, enhanced sick pay, and more.
