Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity will see you play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our clinical services.
">Key Duties:
- To coordinate and manage patient appointments, admissions, and discharges, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- To prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and other materials, using digital and manual systems.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures, including those related to patient safety and data protection.
