About the Role
The Care Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents by providing engaging activities and stimulating experiences. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of resident needs and preferences, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monthly activity plans in collaboration with the Home Manager
- Organize events, outings, and activities that promote resident engagement and participation
- Maintain a safe and welcoming living environment that reflects the home's positive image
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with older adults in a residential setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
